KATRINA RAMOS

PROFILE

Katrina is the Managing Partner and is mainly responsible for promoting and executing best practices of QBDS. She has mastered the art of multitasking and is in charge of very broad and diverse tasks including growing the business, client services and administration.

Her determination and optimism helped push QBDS to grow. She has over 7years experience in the industry and has worked with some of the biggest names in the US telecommunications, real estate and finance industries.
Katrina has a vast experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation and virtual assistance and is currently a Quality Control Specialist for a title company. She has also worked as a virtual assistant performing on different tasks for several firms. During her early years in the industry, she worked with a finance and insurance company as a recruitment manager.
