Prior to QBDS, Katrina began her career in sales and was quickly recognized for her skills where she was named “Champion Sales Rep of the Year”. Her sense of urgency and drive for process improvement led to the opening of more than 500 seat BPO job opportunities to the Filipinos.
Katrina was as an account executive lead in one of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines. Before acquiring the job title, she was a quality assurance lead where she handled 30 quality specialists for dual sites. She has over 15 years of combined experience in customer service, virtual assistance, sales, leadership and team management roles.
She is now the Managing Director and head of the Virtual Assistants Department. She is responsible managing budgets, supervising department heads, and ensuring high-quality customer service, implement policies, and lead the team to meet organizational objectives. Most importantly, she provides valuable guidance on strategic decisions, business development, and risk management. She works hand in hand with Renee to collaborate on shaping the company’s direction, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining a strong company culture. Additionally, she supports Renee with financial strategies to ensure profitability and long-term success, offering practical solutions and advice to address challenges and risks.
