With over 20 years of experience in the telemarketing industry, Renee is the founder and Operations Director of QBDS. Renee is responsible for managing the overall day to day management operations, functions and implement strategies to improve performance while aligning with the company’s goals.

Renee’s career began as a sales agent, where he quickly became the top performer for a leading online directory in the US and has since accumulated extensive experience in sales across a variety of industries, some of which are in finance, software, real estate, insurance, tax, janitorial, roofing and more. Working with clients across the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Over the years Renee has successfully managed and successfully completed over 500 projects. Renee’s expertise, dedication and determination have inspired the team to be competent, determined and goal focused which enabled QBDS to grow by surpassing client’s expectations.
